How do I open a dispute?
If you are not satisfied with the package you received and want to open a dispute.Please follow the steps below:
1) Sign in your account and go to 'My Account'section.
2) Click on the button of Open a Dispute .
On this page, write down the problem with your order, offering as many details as you can. Then the costomer service staff will handle your cases as soon as possible. Therefore,we suggest you to check your account infomation regulary.
Dispute on Size of Dresses
If you feel the size of the dresses is not suitable and want to open a dispute against this, then you should provide us enough evdiences to proove it.Most importantly,what you provide should strictly accord with the measurement standards in our website as below:
The below is only a guide. It is highly recommend that whenever possible you get a qualified seamstress to measure your dress size. You'd better get someone else to measure for you because of the inaccuracy of self-measuring. Measure with undergarments is similar to those you will wear with your dress; please keep in mind do not measure over other clothing.
This is not your bra size, when measuring you must wear a bra. Your arms should be relaxed, and down at your sides. Then, take the tape across the fullest part of your bust and around your back.
As to the bust size, you can also measure as the method below.But please remember that before measuring, you must raise up the bust area by placing some material inside the dress and then remeasure the dress to get an accurate bust measurement in 4 steps as below:
1.One side to nipple.
2.Nipple to nipple.
3.Another side to nipple.
4.The back of your bust.
The total sizes of these four parts is the correct size of your bust.
This is the natural waistline, which is also the smallest part of your waist. Typically it's about an inch above your belly button.
Please measure the widest part of your hips, across the hipbone, which is approximately 7 inches below the natural waistline. This measurement is not needed for full gowns.
Hollow to Floor
Stand upright and keep your feet together. Then measure the length from your shoulder to your heels. ( just take the tape from your front, with bare foot).
Situations That We Do Not Handle Your Dispute
Tidebuy.com has the right not to handle the case when the buyer fails to provide any valid evidences in 7 working days. If you are not satisfied with the items you received and want to start a dispute case with us,we suggest you'd better provide enough evidences timely, which is very helpful for you to get a refund or return.
If the size is not suitable and you want to start a dispute case with us, the evidence you provided to us should clear enough to show measurement discrepancy,(in which part the dress is not so suitable and how much the size discrepancy is). Also you should strictly comply with the measurement of our website otherwise we won't deal with it.
If there is color aberration, and you want to start a dispute case with us. For a slight color aberation, you'd better show us a video clip which we can clearly see it. However, for an obvious color aberration, as long as the pictures offered to us can display clearly we will take your evidence .We suggest you follow our rules, otherwise ,we won't handle it.
If you returned the items without our permission, we couldn't accept your case.
Please kindly bear in mind to send us the delivery information including shipping method and tracking number within one week after you got our confirmation of returning for your itme .In addition, For cases when the item customer received have no quality problems at all, but the customer want a refund just beacuse he doesn't like it. Then we are sorry to inform that tidebuy also has the right not to deal with it.
